2. Project Pre-qualification & Vetting

Orifa Technologies employs a strict pre-qualification lead generation workflow. Project submissions via our contact page undergo an algorithmic and engineering review to assess architectural feasibility. We reserve the right to decline project engagements that do not align with our performance-focused philosophy, static-first engineering standards, or require outdated, bloated content management platforms.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Delivery

All proprietary development methodologies, customized optimization scripts, automated build configurations, and reusable software library frameworks engineered by Orifa Technologies remain the intellectual property of Orifa Technologies Limited.

Upon final project sign-off and payment clearance, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid license to run and modify the delivered application source code for their specific operational scope.

4. SLA-Backed Managed Sustaining & SLA Baselines

Our managed hosting and sustaining retainers are subject to dedicated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed under separate bilateral contracts. While we implement bleeding-edge caching configurations, decentralized edge worker setups, and redundant static builds to achieve 99.99% uptime baselines, standard client accounts not enrolled in premium managed SLAs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without performance speed guarantees.

5. Abuse & Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our platforms, custom deployments, or client servers to:

• Conduct unauthorized penetration tests, load testing, or scraping activities without written developer authorization.
• Deploy malicious packages, unoptimized hydrational payloads, or malware.
• Circumvent security layers, origin request handlers, or decentralized global edge routing rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Orifa Technologies Limited, its directors, developers, or remote engineering affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website loading delays, dynamic database disconnects, third-party serverless hosting failures, or unmitigated security exploits.

7. Jurisdictional Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising under these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts located in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria.
